Snap hooks can be useful in many areas. Most notably, over the past few years, I've noticed that they've come into their own when it comes to basic camping.

Anything that can be hung up that has a certain weight must also be stretched well. In this case there is an easy way, for example camping utensils such as pots, small and large to plug together in the net with carabiners on a stretched rope.

They are always within reach and make room for other things. 

A bag with food in it that shouldn't be on the floor? No problem carabiners on the bag handles and hang up.
